Глобальний стратегічний ландшафт економіки штучного інтелекту

Анотація
Обґрунтовано передумови, досліджено світовий досвід прийняття національних стратегій в області штучного інтелекту. Проведено компаративний аналіз змісту стратегій штучного інтелекту провідних країн світу, виокремлено базові напрями і принципи, що формуватимуть економіку штучного інтелекту. Акцентовано увагу на важливості ролі і участі держави, необхідності побудови інституційної та зміцнення цифрової інфраструктури, забезпеченні законодавчого регулювання і фінансування, застосуванні нових підходів вимірювання результативності стратегій штучного інтелекту щодо економічних і стратегічних переваг, а також передбачення можливих соціальних та етичних негативних наслідків. Окреслено основі аспекти, зовнішні і внутрішні чинники прийняття і виконання концепції штучного інтелекту в Україні.
