Анотація

У статті розглянуто основні підходи до визначення поняття «інвестиції в людський капітал». Дано власне визначення поняттю «інвестиції в людський капітал». Досліджено основні види інвестицій в людський капітал. Встановлено, що інвестування в культуру є фактором розвитку людського капіталу та економічного зростання країни.
