State Regulation of Bad Loans of Ukrainian Banks in the Modern Conditions

Анотація
У статті проаналізовано сучасний стан та причини виникнення проблемної заборгованості банків в Україні та світі. Досліджено роль держави в процесі регулювання банківської проблемної заборгованості в Україні, країнах Європи та пострадянського простору. Проведено критичний аналіз вітчизняної практики нормативного регулювання проблемної заборгованості та рівня його гармонізації до європейських стандартів. Надано рекомендації щодо імплементації зарубіжного досвіду для прискорення процесу зменшення рівня проблемної заборгованості банків за сучасних українських реалій.
