Анотація
Обґрунтований методичний підхід до оцінювання кризового стану ІТ-підприємств на основі встановлених емпіричним шляхом аналітичних проекцій (персонал, клієнти, зростання, структура) і сукупності специфічних показників, їхніх критичних значень та вагомості, що, на відміну від наявних підходів, дозволяє врахувати особливості системної форми прояву кризи в ІТ-бізнесі. Представлено алгоритм запропонованого методичного інструментарію.
