Гендерні відмінності в оплаті праці: аспект батьківства

Анотація
Проаналізовано гендерні відмінності в оплаті праці в Україні. Шляхом використання економетричного моделювання визначено диференціацію трудових доходів чоловіків та жінок залежно від соціально-демографічних характеристик, сфери та форми зайнятості, а також відмінності в оплаті праці батьків, які мають дітей різного віку. Суттєво нижчим є заробіток жінок, які зайняті на низькооплачуваних та низьковаліфікованих роботах, тоді як вища освіта є важливим чинником зниження розриву в оплаті праці.
